A release authority and destination are as important as the date. “Transferred” must not be shortened to “released” when the record identifies another custodian. Likewise, a bond event does not prove acquittal. Read all charges and all linked cases before describing the outcome.

The release timestamp is the main historical field. Still, it should be read with the destination and charge rows. A booking photograph, property acknowledgment, or transfer-agency entry may exist in the same system but need a separate request or may be nonpublic.

PPP, not the Sheriff or SCDC, handles adult probation, parole, community supervision, and several related programs in Dorchester County. L.C. Knight opened in 2017 at 220 Hodge Road in Summerville. The former detention center at 100 Sears Street in St. George was demolished beginning in 2020. Label each address by function.
